You are not as tired as you think

HYH!

I often heard people complain that they work all day but have a little bit of rest, is that true or not? My answer is no! Since our brains are used to connecting our environment to what we do, this connection, on the one hand, comes from the things around us and on the other hand, from the people around us. In most cases, the brain's perception is correct, but it is also often wrong, such as when we are studying and working.

Take me for instance, as a high school student, I used to consider myself a hard-working student until I recently started trying to keep track of how long I was studying. As a result, I was surprised to find that the time I studied was much lower than I expected. I used a sticky note to record the time I spent studying and found that I could only effectively use an average of 25 minutes in an hour to study, and the rest of the time I was not only not studying, not resting, but simply wasted.

Now I understand that I am not as tired as I thought, but I lied to myself. My life is actually very easy, and I don't do a lot of things every day, and those who are successful probably do much better than me when it comes to using their time. I should seize the time to do something meaningful from now on.
